
My Leadership and Coaching Track Record
I am the founder and CEO of Applebright Coaching operating all across the UK and we are handily placed in the midlands / north west area. As a highly regarded coach, I am passionate about executive, business, leadership and performance coaching. I believe that through effective coaching to you and your team, you and your organisation will maximise your return on investment to meet all of your current challenges and opportunities. My coaching will focus on supporting you to know yourself more fully and to deliver on your ambitious goals based on your purpose, your values and your core signal strengths. This means that you will be challenging yourself from a position of strength and gaining insight and positivity from ‘powering up’ to blast through obstacles to your progress.
I have extensive experience of coaching individuals and businesses to success for more than twenty years across the public, private and third sector. I have a proven track record of executive leadership and organisational change within policing and am a driven and results orientated leader. I possess a detailed understanding of maximising potential within the public sector, its partnerships and across the private sector, working with numerous Small Medium Enterprises supporting them in their scale-up journeys.
I believe that organisational success is founded on its people and I want to support business owners, senior leaders and individuals to create the necessary culture and values for people to thrive and achieve high performance.
I have broad experience of organisational change leadership and I carry this through to my coaching approach. As a senior executive within the public sector I led over 4500 members of staff. This includes how to create efficiencies through employing a systems thinking approach whilst still producing high quality results. I have managed change programmes which have reduced two large organisations by ยฃ38 million and ยฃ74 million respectively. I will support you to set challenging performance targets for you, your team and your business and have designed and implemented a performance system within a large public sector organisation which resulted in it being the best in class within 12 months across the whole of England and Wales.
My Coaching Qualifications
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management; a member of The International Society of Qualified Coaches (ISQC), a member of the British School of Coaching. I am a member of the Association for Coaching. I am also a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I regularly engage with a coaching supervisor and also with peers to ensure I can deliver best practice and good ideas to you.
I am also a member of the Association of Business Mentors (ABM) and I provide business coaching to SME’s on a national programme of coaching with Government backing to support new businesses to become established or to help them to create a business growth plan for the year. I guarantee all of my clients that they will create a challenging and ambitious business growth plan for the next year and potentially for between 3 and 5 years depending on need.

My Executive and Business Coaching Qualifications and Association Membership
There are many unqualified coaches operating in the marketplace which currently is undergoing much tighter regulation. I believe that coaching is a relationship of trust and that every client has the right to transparently see the qualifications of their prospective coach. To that end I supply my qualifications below which complement over 300 hours of coaching and mentoring experience.
